New Head Office for CPD

CPD Distribution plc has relocated its head office to a new, purpose built facility situated at the prestigious Sheffield Business Park.

The new 20,000 sq ft office complex is now home to CPD’s central sales, marketing and operations departments and is co-located with parent company SIG plc’s new corporate head office.

To create the perfect, stylish and functional environment, CPD did not need to look any further than the company’s own portfolio of commercial interior solutions. Office partitioning was selected from the Tenon Partition range, utilising double glazed Ovation and Scion to bring a clean, contemporary appearance or luxury natural timber finish to specific areas of the building. High performance Tenon Fire & Sound was also used, whilst Tenon Washrooms’ Modular range creates a smart solution for the washroom facilities. Finally, Speedline Raised Access Flooring has been used to offer maximum flexibility of the space.

The quality of the fit out was also essential. Specialist contractors APSS and Titan Ceilings Ltd were successful in securing the partitioning and ceiling fit-out contracts respectively, resulting in a quality installation within tight timescales.

The new head office provides a perfect platform for the company’s future growth strategy, offering full opportunity to provide increased central support for the current network of twenty nine branches located throughout the UK.
